Digital Downloads
Any music or videos that are downloaded from the website on payment will be available via a link which is only visible to the registered user. This download link will be available for not more than three times after which the link will be removed. You may not share this music on any portable device to unauthorized persons who have not paid for the same.
Shipping
Mahageeta Music Company ships its products only in India. The user can choose to opt for 'shipping' his purchase to his registered email address or to a different shipping location. The user will be charged shipping costs based on the location and the order value. Estimated delivery time depends on the availability of the order and the location the order is being shipped to.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for reasons such as Pen drives/CDs being damaged or broken; Pen drives/CDs being defective or incomplete, with some tracks missing or jumps/jerks in tracks; Pen drives/CDs in totally blank condition with no tracks at all; you can return the defective albums to us within 30 days of shipment date for a complete exchange at no extra cost. Please remember that exchange can be made only in the above cited conditions and not in the condition that an album was mistakenly purchased. Please note that all returns to Mahageeta Music Company must include either the original receipt or the PayPal receipt number which you would have received during your online transaction or checkout process.
